IMPARTS Return Policy
Remanufactured parts with cores have a UPS return tag included in your shipment. Please return cores in the part box you received the “new” remanufactured part in. CORES RETURNED IN A DIFFERENT BOX WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT. Your credit card or PayPal account will be credited when we receive and inspect the core.
NEW PART RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns on parts that were INSTALLED. Boxes may be opened, but cannot be installed.
We DO NOT accept returns on INCOMPLETE PARTS. Make sure all nuts, bolts, screws, adapters, instructions, etc. are included.
We DO NOT accept returns on ELECTRONICS (Such as: ECU’s, relays, air mass meters, ignition coils etc.).
We DO NOT accept returns SPECIAL ORDERS. Special orders are parts not listed on the website that you contacted us by email or phone and asked us to order.
We DO NOT accept returns on Bentley Manuals (be positive you order the correct one). Call 877-671 9998 to be sure.
WARRANTY/INCORECT OR UNWANTED RETURNS

We strive to make our listings as clear as possible We will gladly exchange parts for the correct one; however, shipping charges are not refundable.

Returns 30 DAYS after delivery are subject to a 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
No Returns 60 DAYS after delivery.
